John Barkers have a seven strong team of specialist advisors headed by Howard Field who has been a partner in the firm since the early 90's and Ronda Rushby who has been a partner in the firm since 2005. Howard is a trained family mediator and a member of the Children Panel. He specialises in representing adults and young people in care proceedings. John Barkers are also members of Resolution- First for Family Law: a national network of solicitors who aim to improve service to clients with Family Law problems and making sure that we help to reduce tension and acrimony as far as possible whilst making sure that your interests and those of the children are always a priority.

Jonathan Longbottom also specializes in most aspects of family law and works from the Cleethorpes office. Jonathan has been with the firm for over 10 years and has over 15 years experience. John Barkers is one of only two firms in the Cleethorpes area and offers a friendly and efficient service to the town's local residents.
Paul Bellamy works alongside Howard Field at the Grimsby office and also works from the Mablethorpe office. Paul has been with the firm for over 30 years and has vast experience and knowledge.
