Our commercial department is headed by Paul Brewer, a partner with many years experience.
All four of our offices deal with a wide variety of commercial matters including the purchase, sale and letting of commercial premises for both landlords and tenants.

We also offer specialist advice in respect of commercial lease and commercial property transactions.

Commercial Contracts

We prepare and advise clients in respect of complex purchase agreements for machinery, consumer goods, companies and businesses.

Contracts of Employment

We provide businesses with model contracts of employment for their employees as well as advice in respect of disputes arising from such contracts including redundancy , unfair dismissal etc.

Partnerships

We prepare partnership agreements and advise on disputes relating from partnership disagreements.

Limited Companies

We regularly handle the sale and purchase of limited companies with both capital asset and share purchases and sales.
