Our Probate Department is headed by Jennifer Norman at the Grimsby office
and Jim Needley (partner) at the Louth and Mablethorpe offices.
John Barkers offer an efficient will preparation service at all offices for a moderate
cost. A will is a very important document that we recommend all adults have no matter how
young or old.
If visiting any of our offices is a problem then we can also arrange home and hospital
visits if necessary.
For the elderly or infirm, we can prepare a Power of Attorney.
Our staff are experts on advising on Inheritance Tax Planning, Living Wills, Estates and
Trusts and all of the general problems associated with long term care costs for the
elderly.
We can also offer advice in dealing with disputes in relation to all of the above.
We understand that it is a very difficult time when dealing with the loss of a loved one
and at all times our staff will handle the administration of the estate in an efficient,
confidential and sensitive way.
All charges are based upon actual time involved in the case, therefore making every case
personal and unique no matter how large or small.
