These fees are calculated by reference to our hourly rates which vary depending on the experience of the Solicitor working on your case. Our rates: £550 for a Partner, £400 for a solicitor and £195 paralegal.
You will always be made aware of who is working on your case and the hourly rates involved so you have control of your costs before any work starts.

The precise cost will depend on the circumstances of your case. Where an application is straightforward it is likely that the fees will at the lower end of the range. Where there are complicating factors, the fees may reach or in some cases exceed the upper end of the range
Disbursements (not included in costs set out above)
Disbursements are costs that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees.
The costs above do not include:
- Any Home Office and official fees for making the application
- Advice and assistance in relation to any appeal (in the case of a rejected application)
- Independent expert witness fees where required
- Interpreter fees
- Official translation fees
What services are included
The work will involve:
- Discussing your circumstances in detail and advising you on your application
- Completing the application documentation
- Preparing a covering letter containing legal submissions in support of your application and submitting the application on your behalf
- Coordinating Home Office application appointments if these are necessary
- Liaising with the Home Office in relation to your application if the need arises
- Giving you advice regarding the application outcome and next steps if applicable
Factors that could make a case more complicated
The following are examples of issues that may impact the total fee cost:
- The amount of supporting evidence.
- Any previous visa refusals.
- The number of dependants involved.
- How clearly you meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant application.
- The urgency of your case.
- In relationship cases, where you are not married or where there are stepchildren.
How long will my application take?
We normally submit most types of application within 2 weeks of instruction, subject to receiving all the necessary documentation. We are able to submit urgent cases more quickly.
