Commercial / Residential Property Paralegal / Assistant

We are looking for a Property Paralegal/Assistant to provide administrative support to our Conveyancing Teams and assist in the provision of an efficient, personal and professional service at all times. About the Role

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in both individual transactions and as part of wider project team
  • Prepare all client correspondence
  • To carry out typing of documents, amending and formatting complex documents e.g. leases and dealing with tracked changes and use of package precedent documents/documents
  • To prepare invoices and complete accounts documentation as and when directed
  • To prepare completion statements and assist with billing
  • Salary based upon experience

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience working in a similar role, ideally with experience in the area of Property
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone.
  • Integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • ‘Can Do’, flexible approach and team player

Office Trainee

Are you looking to start a career in administration? Could you fulfill a vital support role within a busy office?

We are looking for a full-time office assistant who will provide support  in the day to day tasks of our busy office.

The Role:

  • Providing support to our current fee earners
  • Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge
  • You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities
  • Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with client queries

The Person – Administrative Assistant

  • Motivated and organised individual
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and equally as happy to work on your own
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Good time management and planning
  • Previous experience preferred but not necessary
  • Well presented
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail, able to problem-solve and think on your feet

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
