Jonathan Stones is a highly experienced and skilled solicitor with over a decade of experience in the field of conveyancing. He is currently the Director and Head of Conveyancing at John Barkers Solicitors, where he leads a team of solicitors and legal assistants in providing expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Jonathan has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, and has assisted clients with a wide range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions. Jonathan is a director Trustee of Magna Vitae. This is the organisation that manages the operation of the leisure Centres in East Lindsey region of Lincolnshire, as well as the Embassy Theatre in Skegness. Jonathan is passionate about the importance of fitness and culture helping to support a vibrant and healthy community.
Outside the office - Local Business First
Jonathan recently attended the High Street Task Force at Grimsby Town Hall to discuss his experience of the Town Centre and provide some suggestions as to development. Having effective and vibrant town centres are key to preserving the value of property in the region for our Landlord and ensure our client businesses remain viable.
Jonathan in his spare time with another team has developed a successful property development business. This has recently finished the second phased of development of Telegraph House, 80 Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby. This operates a number of managed offices and managed office suites for local companies.
